What is Machining?
Machining is one of our processes for finishing products from molded material.
To be concrete, at machining process surface of pressed or trimmed materials is finished to meet the dimension with high precision required by our customer.
Additionally, this process makes holes in product which is difficult spot in forging and taps screws.
We use mainly NC lathe, but also have three composite lathe that can cope with more complicated shapes.
In case of one side processing of material, NC lathe is applied.
In case of processing both side or to complicated shape, composite lathe is applied. Machine is selected depending on the situation.
Although NC lathe equips one spindle, composite lathe equips dual spindles.
Therefore, composite lathe can process two materials at the same time in case one side processing.
To make use of characteristic of each machine can improve the productivity and reduce cost.

Main Facility：MT20
MT20 is one of the composite lathes in our company.This machine avails to cope with many complicated products by means of dual spindles and also can make various types of products such as making holes in a side of products by its milling system.
