About Us
Greetings
Kamiita Sosei is a manufacturer using a technology called "cold forging" and
specializes in producing magnetic circuit parts for speakers and automobile
parts. Our motto is to make the best product in the industry.
The name "Kamiita" originates in a place called "Itabashi-ku, Kamiita-bashi".
The plant is currently located close to the Tokorozawa interchange off
of Kanetsu expressway. The closest station is Fujimino Station on Tobu-Tojo
Line.
The cold forging process is the technology, which uses mainly coiled
steel. The coil is cut to appropriate sizes and then is pressed to a
desirable shape. The characteristic of this technology is that
there is no need of cutting material and can be produced precisely. The
technology is highly recognized as the most efficient manufacturing method
in today's industry.
The most popular products made by cold forging technology include: brake
piston, flanged fastener for automobile, connection rod for
general engine , copper-weld nut, pressure switch box, etc. Many
of these parts are used in automobiles.
We are committed to producing high quality products using precision cutting
combined machines and a three - dimensional measurement equipment with
CNC mechanism (CMM) to fulfill our customer s' needs.
We have also successfully become milled the dies-molds
in our plant since we installed a high precision tooling machine
enabling us to achieve shorter lead times.
The new Kamiita Sosei aims at much quicker supply
than ever and continues to offer even higher quality and more
competitively priced products to our customers.
