TRIMMING AND PIERCING
What is Trimming and Piercing？
Trimming and piercing process is done to remove excess portion or to punch hole to some products.
This process mainly deals with products of complicated shapes.
We confidently offer piercing process of products up to approximately 6.0 mm thick. We mainly use C-type Press Machines.
In addition, we own the equipment which can do automatic operation introducing the 6-shaft robot.
All of these machines work multiple piercing or trimming process except for NC1-150.
We use automatic operation machine for piercing simple shape of the products.
For example, to pierce a round shape hole at the center of the product and so on.
On the other hand, we use hand-operated machine for piercing complicated shape of the products.
For example, crankshaft and so on.
That’s why we are proud to say that we can do wide range of products using such machines and technologies.

NC1-150 is the largest machine at our trimming and piercing process. This type is possible to pierce and trim at the same time.
